That's another problem. How to properly identify the connector part type, part number or brand. I'd like to get the exact same connector with out having to cut the connector off the old battery but if I can't correctly identify it then that's my only option I'm guessing.
Seems no one can tell me how to do this. But I will check Amazon.
Sometimes the seller will provide information like the photo of the JST type 2 pin 2.0mm pitch above which is one common type and you can match to what you have. If not you can try asking.
Measure the distance between pins the best you can. They most likely are 2 mm or 2.5 mm / 0.1 in. Then take a look at the housing for the connector and see if it looks like a fit. Otherwise you can cut and solder the new connector although I know you would prefer not to.
BTW, most of the small LiPo batteries I have are from Adafruit like the ones Doug linked to and they are good but I too noticed they were out of stock when I first looked. The ones from China vary all over the place and some are not good at all.
Newark is a US company associated with element14. They do have the Adafruit 1200 mAh in stock it appears which is somewhat smaller than you requested: https://www.newark.com/adafruit/258/1200mah-3-7v-li-poly-battery-with/dp/96Y0775
