Reliable wall-mount switching power supply, 15-20 watts?

We are looking for a supplier for a wall mount switching power supply that we're going to use for a consumer product.

 

It needs to output 20VDC, at about 15W minimum of power.  We're looking for something that's reliable, low cost,

and has safety standards certification. We want a high efficiency switching design which has  as little parasitic

drain as possible when our load is switched off or in standby.

 

Does anyone know of a good supplier for such a thing? Quantities will be around 100K per year.
