单片数字电路电源顺序开关控制器工作原理

本文介绍一种由单片数字电路制作的电源顺序通断控制器,它具有电路简洁、无静态消耗的特点。它可用于家庭影院各设备间,有线电视机房电视墙各电视间,电脑房主机和外设间以及工业生产中需要顺序开关的设备间电源的顺序接通和断开。本电路同时具有各设备开关机间隔时间可分别设置的功能。本电路最多可控制六个(组)设备,如果需要可根据电路原理,很方便地联接同样的数字电路来达到增加控制设备数量的目的。设开关控制器电路原理如附图所示。

1.工作原理

 

Fl~F6是一只六反相器CMOS数字集成电路中的六个非门,J1~J6是六个用以控制终端设备电源的继电器。按下启动按钮QA时,电源变压器T得电,次级输出由桥式整流,电容(1000μF/16V)滤波后得到约12V直流电压。通电瞬间,Rl、C2微分使Fl输入端得到负脉冲,输出高电平,VTl导通,Jl得电吸合,其常开触点之一J1-1闭合,松开QA后,电路自锁供电,J1-2闭合,使F1输入端保持低电平,输出保持高电平。此时,F2、F4、F6输入端因C3、C5、C7上电压不能突变而呈现低电平,F3、F5输入端因C4、C6两端电压不能突变而呈高电平。F2、F4、F6输出高电平,F3、F5输出低电平,所以,VT2~VT6皆截止,J2~J6为释放状态。

 

接着,Fl输出的高电平经R2对C3充电,一段时间后,F2输入端达到CMOS门转折电压(约1/2VDD)时,输出翻转为低电平,VF2导通,J2吸合。再接着,电源通过R3和F2输出的低电平对C4充电,又过一段时间后,F3翻转,VT3导通,J3得电吸合……,如此逐级后移。最后,当F6输出翻转为低电平时,VT6导通,J6得电吸合,并联于QA两端的J6-1也闭合,为顺序停机做好准备。这样,J1~J6的顺序吸合使听接电器顺序启动完毕。

 

关机时,按动停止按钮TA,VTl立即截止,J1因失电释放,J1-1、Jl-2断开。J1-1断开后,因J6-1仍闭合,所以电路并不断电。J1-2断开后,C2迅速被充电,至F1输入端为高电平,输出变为低电平,此时松开TA,VTl仍截止,J1保持释放状态。接着C3由R2经F1输出端放电,一段时间后,F2输入端电位低至CMOS门转折电压,输出变为高电平,VT2截止,J2释放。接着C4放电……,如此逐级后移,最后C7放电至F6输入端为低电平,输出高电平,VT6截止,J6释放,J6-1断开,变压器及整个电路断电。

 

2.元器件选用

 

T选用初级220V,次级12V左右,容量5VA左右的小型电源变压器,IC用CD4069、MCl4069、CD40106等六非门数字电路,J1~J6根据所带负载电流大小选用合适的12V直流继电器。VTl~VT6:9013×6;电源桥式整流管1N4007×4;C3~C7:10μ/16V×5;R2~R6:220kΩ×5;VD5~VDl0:1N4l48×6。其余见图。

 

调试:可根据各设备间启动所需的时间间隔分别调整R2~R6的阻值。其它不必调试。
