lighting metering

I am running L.E.D. lights in my building in one section.  I am also running flourescent lights in the other section. I want to meter these two sections individually. Any ideas on parts and install?

What do you want to monitor? For example: the lumen output of the lighting system, the power consumption, light flicker frequency, or the number of time the lights are switched on/off?

    Micah,

I found this circuit and project some time ago, I think it will help you.

If the rooms you are monitoring are on different breakers in locations electrical panel, it will be easier.

You can place a Fluke 322 AC clamp multimeterFluke 322 AC clamp multimeter on each of the lines of the wires you are most concerned with. However, if the two rooms are on the same circuit, then I would recommend a simple "Kill-o-watt" power logger to monitor the power of the devices plugged into each room.
