device to limit the DC voltage to 600VDC max

dear support team,

hello. I'm an engineer in solar industry. I contact you because I'm looking for a device to limit the DC voltage to 600VDC max. It is for a solar application where the DC operating range is 230-500VDC. But in case of cold temp, it may go higher and I want to stop the DC voltages to 600VDC max. The installation is done and not easy to modify (or so expensive), so the easiest way is to add this protection device -  Is that existing ?

  • And I did not make any survey on "smart" load manufacturer = invertors or chargers. But I know that some of them could include this additional device behaiving in to their products - for them could by almost "only" SW (software) work. As I said Slovak Vonsch (www.vonsch.sk) they have this possibility. I do not know of others.
