Has anyone worked with STM 300U from Enocean?

Hello everybody,

I have a project that uses STM 300U, but I have to configure it to be a repeater, I'm having trouble to do it because for standard this comes disabled...

Looking on the Google, I found out that I can do what I want installing uvsion from Keil(What we use to burn our code on Enocean things), but my didn't work because requires a license...

So, my question basically is, there's a way to configure STM 300U into a repeater without using Keil, if not someone could generate the .hex file?
