Looking for durable thermal pad between Tec hot plate to DUT

Hi:

 

I am looking for material to be used as a thermal pad between the interface of Tec hot plate to the device under test (DUT). This thermal pad need to be durable as I need to change the DUT frequently after done the test. I ordered the thermal pad (

T GLOBAL  PC94-150X150X0.5PC94-150X150X0.5 THERMAL PAD 0.5MM 4W/M.K RED ) below:

PC94-150X150X0.5 - T GLOBAL - THERMAL PAD, 0.5MM, 4W/M.K, RED | element14 Singapore

But found out that it is not durable. I can not reuse it for the next DUT.

    Hi Chin Lin,

    You did not mention the temperature range that the pad must be able to tolerate. I see that the one you have is only good to 105 degrees C. From my experience with dental sterilizers I know that some of the heating elements come encased in red RTV and can tolerate a much higher temperature. The specifications on the RED RTV that I have in the shop can go as high as 350 degrees C. You may want to check to see if this will work better for you.

    Hi Chin,

     

    I am very professional on thermal interface material including thermal pad,what you bought from T-Global is thermal pad without fiberglass inside,so its tensile strength is very low and easy to be broken,not durable.
