Hi All,

I have a few low volume designs using the BSP452 high side driver profet, which is getting difficult to obtain now.

Any recommendations for alternatives in similarly small packages ?

Hi Trevor
just go to to www.infineon.com/profet and use the selection tool to find the right alternative; in the small package you might want to use the ITS4140N, ITS4141N or the ITS4142N or you switch to a different package and go with the BSP742/752 again it all depends on the specifications you are looking for so I would advice to use the selection tool
