Looking for a company to mount a bump device for?

We are looking for a company to mount a small power bump device in/onto a thermal package that will enhance the cooling of the device. This will therefore allow the bump to stay within their stated specification.

Anyone know of a suitable supplier in the UK that can re-configure, fix these devices into a suitable thermal package?

It seems we need a company (uk would be good) has the capability to mount dies or other devices onto a thermal package that has capacity and the ability to dissipate. ETD can answer the dissipation with their heat pipes...
Maybe a hybrid company is what we require...
