Does anyone know of any tutorials that explain how to use Li-Ion caps in place of regular Li-Ion battery's?

I just hate waiting a long time to charge two or more Li-Ion battery’s its driving me crazy.

 

PS. I would like to use graphite caps instead but that is something I would have to create on my own, and that will never happen.
