Not sure what batteries to use for a project.

So I am making a portable netflix laptop and I need to use a small, rechargeable 12v battery to power it. It would need to have enough power to power a small 7" lcd display and a Netflix streaming device. They both run off of 12v.(Lucky me) I have not found any batteries that are reasonably priced, and are too big. They need to be around 7" x 1.5" x 1.5" or something around that. I also need to know how I would recharge them. If you could maybe give me a link to some inexpensive 12v batteries and a way of charging them, that would be great.

Thanks.
