biggest power bank what`s possible?

i wanna build a power bank with limited dimension(6cmx16cmx32cm) and highest capacity as possible for my long bicycle trips im hoping that you guys suggest me good charging controllers and batteries and also it should be as lightweight as possible and as cheapas possible

How about a differing approach?
