My MP720783 handheld oscilloscope came with USB power wall warts for two regions. I use the European one. I'm going to tear apart and discuss the UK brick. Both have the same internals, only the socket design is different. I'm going to focus on those internals, and how the UK and Europe version are 90% similar.

The plug part in the upper right corner is different per region. There's no circuitry in there, just the physical right form to match the wall socket. Both parts were glued together, but a little percussive maintenance got them separated without damage.
It's a reasonably dense switch mode design. I'll post photos, and elaborate on the components I can identify, in the comments.
