Hello there, me and my friend are currently working on a website which we are hoping to bring to life. This website we are creating is not going to be like normal websites, we plan on adding some interaction between this site and a interactive robotic like tool we have in mind. This tool is going to have a lot of functions and activity with the website which will basically be triggered by a action or button on the website. We have a basic idea on how to make this but need not only some questions answered but also if there are any volunteers who are willing to work on this project for free until we get paid from this, some team members as well.
Questions
1) What coding knowledge do we have to use to create a connection between a hardware like tool and a website, and maybe a connection between a php database and the tool?
2) What are some things we are going to need to create a function of having a light go on and off to a certain bpm/tempo of a song that is playing?
3) How can we make a voice automated response using php and the computer voice?

If you decide you want to join the team here is some information about what we are making and what are some things the team will be working on....
The Team we are creating will consist of designers, web developers and most importantly engineers. The engineers which in this case is probably you if you are reading this and is interested in this project, will be responsible for making the actual mechanism that will take the output information from the website and turn it into actual actions from the "calls" of the input on the website. This job will not pay right away but when we are ready to make this and are ready for you to work we will pay for all of the tools needed to make this happen. Payment will come after the product is release for the website. This product is a Billion dollar idea and we will be honored to have such skillful engineers help to bring it to life. We will tell you full information about this project if you decide to join the team.
