Microcontrôleur gamme Militaire

Bonjour,

Dans le cadre d'un projet industriel, je recherche un microcontroleur possédant une gamme de périphérique plus ou moins standard (pwm, rtc, adc,..) mais ayant surtout la capacité de travailler dans une gamme de température assez large (-48°C à +110°C).

Je n'ai pas trouvé chez les fabricants standards type ST, Cypress, Microchip. Il me semble que la gamme militaire soit de moins en moins proposée chez les fabricants standards.

Avez vous des solutions à me proposer ?

I had a look at Farnell's stock and this one is the only one I can see that is in stock and close to the temperature scale is this http://fr.farnell.com/silicon-laboratories/c8051f231-gq/8kb-isp-flash-cpu-8051-lqfp32/dp/9685740, but I'm not sure it has the other features you are looking for. There are more MCUs there, but they have a longer lead time

I find the TI's MSP430F2274MRHATEP,MSP430F249MPMEP, Freescale's MPC555LFAZP40MPC555LFAZP40 can satisfy your requirement ,their temperature range is -55 to 125, and their datasheets and part numbers are listed. you can click the following links to get more details about them.
