Linear Voltage Regulators

Question

Hi all, new to elements so hope this is the right place to post this!

I am trying to source a couple of Linear Voltage Regulators a 5V and a 12V, the problem is they need to be 1% =>100mA.

Any suggestions?

LM317T LM317T with a pot to trim voltage LT1085 series - they do 5V and 12V fixed, or there is the variable version
