So I am trying to measure the magnetic field strength inside a solenoid with a sensor that will output an analog signal proportional to the field strength. I want to integrate this sensor with my microprocessor for a project I am working on (Side note: I am not an expert on microprocessors; I just did some small Arduino projects). Also, the field strength that I want to be able to measure is at least a max of 500mT but I would like to get up to 1T. I've been searching for days to find a sensor that can detect up to this range but I could only find one company (Ratiometric Precision Linear Analog Hall sensors, 1D and 3D) but they have not responded to my inquiry yet and I do not know where I could purchase their produce. Also, I prefer the sensor to not be a surface mount (there are some sensors that can measure strengths of 1T but they are surface mount or very very small). The reason why I prefer not to have those types of devices is because I would like to have one that I can easily solder to the rest of my system. If anyone has any advice or knows of any sensors that could perform the job I am looking, please let me know! I appreciate all the help in advance!
