I'm looking for a solar compensated outdoor air temp sensor to reset building heating hot water temperature. Any recommendations? I've looked at Siemens QLS60 and Honeywell SAF25.

Is this a replacement part or are you building your own control system. Both parts seem to be absurdly expensive (about £80 for the Honeywell and $350 for the Siemens.)

Will be tied into an existing Tridium building automation system, functionally replacing a conventional outdoor air temperature sensor. Usually 0 to 10 VDC output. $350 for the Siemens sounds reasonable; I saw $1,015 somewhere.
Wondering if anyone has experience with any model.
