low power smoke sensor?

i want to know about some good reliable low power smoke sensors which i can interface with mcu msp430?Please help.

    Hello anurag, please take a look at Gelmi's  solution in the Energy Harvesting Solutions Design Challenge. He's using a carbon monoxide chemical sensor. Very low power, but not really a 'smoke' sensor.

    what i really want to do is detect fire using smoke detectr .please suggest now any good application -specific smoke detectr which i can use wiyh msp430.
