Problem with Transmitter & Receiver

Hello everyone,

It's Hendra here, and i have a problem that I hope i can get the answer from this forum.

 

I have connected the circuit for the transmitter (RTFQ1-433) and receiver (RRFQ1-433).

We have checked all the connectivity for the circuits and nothing's wrong.

But the signal cannot go through to the receiver and turn the LED off (receiver works in active low).

For the transmitter side, it works as the LED blinks (shows that it's transmitting the signal).

 

my question is, will it be the voltage problem?

Is it possible that the voltage amount given to the transmitter is not high enough to let it transmit?

Or is it because of the voltage of the receiver is not high enough to receive?

Or could it be other problems? (Assume that the connections are all connected properly)

I have attached the diagram of the transmitter and the receiver too for your reference.
And there are two PDF files for the RFQ1-433 and the Encoder-Decoder.
Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me to solve this problem or for any advice which might help to solve the problems.

    Hi,Hendra:

     

    I think maybe there are many reasons such as work voltage, the distance between the transmitter and receiver,  the transmitter or receiver hasn't work normally. the voltage is only one of factors. I suggest you check out the voltage of them first, then check out the state change of the BC848's B and C port.although the LED is blinking. check out  the transmitter and receiver chips and read their datasheet carefully, because I think they are the key devices in the circuit.
