trying to repair a motorola power supply and I need 4x m9715

power transistors or somthing of an equivilent unit.

Mike, you may use the NTE181NTE181.... I have an old NTE cross reference guide and that's what it's recommended for M9715. I'm also repairing one of those PS.

Mike, you may use the NTE181NTE181.... I have an old NTE cross reference guide and that's what it's recommended for M9715. I'm also repairing one of those PS.
