Can you make a connection to a server with ex a cellphone, ... and can you open a virtuel space were your users can work form home, car, clientlocation?

What is an "ex s cellphone"? Are you talking about some sort of cellphone signal booster or something like one of those My-Fi cards that offer a wifi signal connecting up to 4 devices to your cell phone's data services?

Look into a VPN (Virtual Private Network) and any carrier data-access card. It will give you broadband on the go.

Working remotely has definitely been conquered.
