Unfortunately as far as I can tell most of these parts are obsolete. I threw them through every cross reference tool I could think of and couldn't even find a recommended cross. So the only way to do it would be a manual cross which usually means that no exact drop in replacements are available. If you need data sheets most of them can be found on datasheetarchive.com
I did find the MC68000 still on the Freescale website but the package type is needed to finish the part number. On the link below the packaging information starts on P187 of the PDF(11-1 if your looking at the print page numbering. After the part number is finished maybe some can still be purchased.
