How to connect web cam wireless with computer?

    Hi,i 'll use face recognition in my project and i intend to use web cam to take pictures of people who 'll enter a building .these pictures are videos and i want to connect the cam with computer wireless by access point (WiFi) so,i need your help.is it possible? i exactly want to khnow how to connect web cam to computer but wireless .is there any interface 'll be between them? i need your help.it's an urgent need.     There's a good urge to embed a Raspberry Pi in to the solution it can support many of the better Web cams and provide either local processing or essentially operate as a USB-Ethernet Bridge to get the images to a sufficiently powerful machine. One consideration here is again the USB crashing issue that sometimes occurs... Don't know if you would push it enough for it to be a problem. Again if that's the case you could use say a Beagle Bone Black from E14 which does a very similar Job !!
