Transmit Signal to NI ELVIS II+ using sensors wirelessly

Hi,

I am trying to do a wireless approach with my sensors and NI ELVIS II+ board. I am hoping to still be able to use my sensors from a distance while obtaining values for the board to obtain.

Is there any product available to help facilitate this ?
