What a truly dreadful data sheet - from looking at the application circuit it I guess that the audio outputs are line level only and you need a power amplifier to drive speakers - they use a TI part.
They don't seem to say anything about the signal levels and there are almost no spec details on anything. Unless the supplier can provide proper data I don't think I would buy one.
