I am working on Nordic board I need to replace a Trace antenna to SMD type antenna what I need to consider while replacing? The antenna is 2.4GHz.

Hi Praveen,

You can reduce your work effort by using an SMD type antenna that comes with a lot of information. See the three reviews here, for more detail: Molex 2.4GHz / 5GHz Antenna Kit
If you want to design for good performance, then a VNA is needed. A spectrum analyzer is good for testing, if you don't have a VNA.
