I do face this error
And here are the details: in fact this is something that i have resolved in my blog #2. But i have forgotten about the solution.

this happen when i click aws_demos Debug (KitProg3) in the Launches
solution
1) ensure firmware is updated. 2.3.0.568
2) ensure we connect the correct USB port (the one underneath TFT)
ways to update firmware
that used to be working, but now is not working:
rerun the firmware update : not sure how many times i need to do this...
i install my software on E: and i do as below
E:\ModusToolbox\fw-loader-2.3.0.568\bin>fw-loader.exe --update-kp3
