We have build a lot of parts for the project. Like the liquid heating element, temperature switch etc. Before assembling the whole system. We feel that each parts of the system should be tested. Video 1 shows the working system of the parts in water.

Liquid heating element and it’s working:-
The liquid heating element is made of a 3.3 ohm 50 watt resistor and a heat pipe. When 3.3 ohm resistor is connected to 12 volt power supply the resistor gets hot, these heat is transferred to water using heat pipe. Thermal conductivity of heat pipe is very high. Which helps in rising the temperature of water. Figure 1 shows the working structure

Thermal switch:-
We have used thermal reed switch provided by kemet with switching temperature at 50’c. the connecting ends of the switch is insulated using hot glue. So that the switch doesn’t gets shorted in water. Figure 2 shows the assembled switch.
