Intro
Now that I have completed the project and experimenting part of this challenge, I wanted to do a quick review of the components we were experimenting with. This is not an examination of the datasheet, it is just my impressions of what it is like working with these components. This is appropriate since my project did not need all of the components, even though I tested them to see if they were waterproof.

Discussion
I have worked with Hammond Manufacturing and Amphenol products for many years and have never had problems with any of them. These companies produce outstanding products and I was very happy to showcase them in my experiments and this blog. However one thing I was anticipating when I applied for this challenge was to turn the LattePanda into an embedded Windows development platform and this goal was defeated because this version of the LattePanda does not have enough memory in its C: drive. (and it is not expanadable) I tried a lot of work-arounds but was not able to set it up with the workflow I wanted. None the less, it is a nice little computer. My plans for an embedded Windows platform may need to wait until I get a LattePanda Sigma, which has a lot more memory.
It is always satisfying to complete a project, but I was in a lot of physical pain for most of the challenge period, so much of the fun was diminished, and it was very difficult to get anything done, especially near the start of the challenge. I found myself wondering if I could finish the project and if I wanted to finish it. I had missed the initial blog deadline, so I was out of the running for winning a prize, which didn't help with motivation. I am glad I worked through that and finished the project, even if I didn't get everything done that I initially wanted to do and my blogs were quite abbreviated.
Next Steps
There is still a wrap-up blog in the works.
