Any available device that can control water flow in pipe ( by allowing or blocking pipe ) when triggered with electrical signal.?@

There are loads (thousands) of such devices, usually described as motorized (motorised if English) valves or solenoid valves.

Try Googling to find some local suppliers.

(Of course Farnell/E14 have some !)

Hi Aemal, I don't know your location but here is the US a company named Grainger has a system of solenoid valves and coils where you can pick the type and volume of the valve and match it to a coil with the voltage and current type that you need for your application.
