There are loads (thousands) of such devices, usually described as motorized (motorised if English) valves or solenoid valves.
Try Googling to find some local suppliers.
(Of course Farnell/E14 have some !)

I don't know your location but here is the US a company named Grainger has a system of solenoid valves and coils where you can pick the type and volume of the valve and match it to a coil with the voltage and current type that you need for your application. Here is a link.
I am sure that there are many other sources. In your location seek out a company that repairs dental equipment and they may have a source as well as used solenoids in case you just want to experiment.

I bought 12V solenoid valve from local store just for experimental purpose and it worked ,its china made and not expensive. I need it to control inflammable gas through mq4 sensor.
