Finally I (almost) completed the AirMobile sensor board

Here it is

If you think it's awful, I agree with you... I made too many mistakes, but component's bottom views always confuse me.

Anyway, to complete the board I have to

mount the MiCS2710 sensor
mount the Bluetooth module

The next step is to test the power supply section...

There is usually something that needs changing on every board, so think of this as the prototype or pre-production version.

Many years ago we used to get Radio Telephones from a large NZ manufacturer that had almost as many components on the bottom as the top ... and this was the days long before Surface Mount Devices.
I fairly sure we used to be supplied the pre-production, so I wouldn't be panicing until you repeat the same problem.

Hi Ambrogio,

It's not so bad at all - everyone makes mistakes on PCBs. My only solution to minimise this is to never submit gerber files until I'm feeling super-alert enough to re-study it (which is a different time to the time when the board layout is complete, by at least 24 hours :-).
