Sorry for not posting anything as summer holidays have started and I was away for a couple of weeks.
I broke off the PCB coil and instead soldered a connector to the evaluation module. This is how my setup with the custom coil looks like:
I am still trying to figure out what the best way is to measure Rp for my coil as i don't have a impedance analyzer. Does anyone know an easy way to measure this?
I ordered a dual mode bluetooth 4.0 module (Laird BT800) and also the USB dongle with same module {Laird BT820).
This module connected to a microcontroller should make it possible to transfer readings to a smartphone or tablet. This module is very small which makes it difficult to connect.
