Like most other competitions, element14's Design Challenge competitions have established rules the contestants must follow.

They ensure fair play and prevent abuses, among others. These rules are detailed in our Terms and Conditions. You can read the IoT on Wheels Design Challenge Terms and Conditions by downloading the attached PDF.

It’s Never Too Late to Join the IoT on Wheels Design Challenge

You don’t need to be a sponsored Challenger to join the Challenge. Anyone can join at any time before the project submission deadline. All you need to do is get the low-cost NUCLEO-L476RGNUCLEO-L476RG and integrate it into your project, as well as post 10 blogs about your design journey in the IoT on Wheels space (tagging your blogs 'iot on wheels'). You will then be eligible to win some awesome prizes!

The deadline for project submissions is 13th November.

We've had at least on one occasion a school team with the teacher as the actual contestant. So, yes, you can do a team. But of course if you win, the team would get the single prize.
