This means Vitis cannot detect your board (via JTAG path).
Make sure:
- The board is connected via the USB-to-JTAG
- The board is powered up
- The mode on your board is set to boot from JTAG
It helps to know what board you're using? Is it the Ultra96-v2 or minized?
I am using Ulra96-v2. The board is powered on. JTAG pod is tested using serial COM terminal application and it is working properly. I am still getting the error. the boot mode is set to JTAG.
Here is a thread about this error message: support.xilinx.com/.../could-not-find-arm-device-on-the-board-for-connection-local-zynq-ultrascale-mpsoc-zcu102
Why did you use zcu106/platfomr.spr for Ultra96 board? Ultra96 is not zcu106 FPGA.
This problem solved by loading custom platform that was build using Vivado ,changing the BSP setting and powering on the board by pressing switch SW4 .
I'm having the same problem. But my board is the Microzed. Like manojroy123 , I have made sure all the connections are there, but the problem still persists. Could you point me in the right direction?
What's the custom platform? I can't find it
