I am looking for an UEFI boot manager for setting up dual boot operating system. my operating system will be windows 11 and ubuntu/Redhat. windows boot manager is not working properly. Can some one suggest good UEFI boot manager for the above applications

I tried everything almost for past 10 to 15 days to create dual boot device but failed in my effort to create it.
