It is a little bit of all 3, we currently have lots of applicant of varying degrees, Some amazing ones but we can always do with more.
We realized that people could really think about it and come up with something a bit more daring by giving them the holiday period.
If we closed application last week, the holiday period would grind everything (including shipping challenger kits) to a halt and cause a delay, but this way we are using it to our advantage.
