I was bit confused using the wolfson audio card. Somehow I am succeeded with the procedure described by Ragnar Jensen. A special thanks to him responding to every problem I’ve faced.
I tried every step described by him but still I failed. These steps involves all about replacing the kernel module with the kernel module built for the wolfson. But I am getting the error device or resource busy.
So I’ve decided to download the https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BzIaxMH3N5O1RUdSa19od1ltTjg/edit image build by Ragnar Jensen.
Hoping that might be this will fix the issue I am facing. Also praying that the wolfson I’ve got is not the faulty one. Also there is very less support for the wolfson from the developer team.
One is that the official built image is larger than the size of the memory card.
Other thing is that they are saying that they are working for the update so that one can update the kernel easily using the apt-get. But still it’s not working. This might be the great reason that most of us facing problem.
I am waiting that the team will soon announce something officially. So that installation of the wolfson audio card becomes easy for us and we have to not go through the steps which will lead to failure.
