Pitch is obviously 0.1" otherwise how could it fit a breadboard? Distance between the two rows can be measured with any ruler (or drop it onto a breadboard or any prototyping board if you have one nearby…

There's a dimensioned drawing if you scroll down this page:

    https://antonio2709839759912.wordpress.com/2021/11/29/arduino-mkr-wifi-1010/

I don't think Arduino supply this in any machine format. I think even the dimensioned drawings are user-created with calipers (at least, that's how I had to do it with a different Arduino board quite a few years ago).

Still not enough. I looking for "pitch" for connector refers to the center-to-center distance between adjacent pins or contacts in the same row. Common pitches include 2.54mm (0.1 inch) and 1.27mm (0.05 inch), but others exist.

I am also looking for distance between two connector.

Distance between the two rows can be measured with any ruler (or drop it onto a breadboard or any prototyping board if you have one nearby), and it too will be an exact multiple of 0.1" for the same reason.

You could just use an MKR Zero footprint like this one:

    https://www.snapeda.com/parts/Arduino%20MKR%20ZERO/Arduino/view-part/

All MKR series boards follow the same dimensions, as it is a quasi-standard.
