I am using this buzzer but it is not generating sound

I am using this buzzer with arduino mkr Wifi 1010 but it is only vibrating and not generating any sound. I have connected the buzzer to pin no 6 that is generating 1k square wave frequency and the other terminal of the buzzer is connected to ground. I wan't to know why it is not generating any sound but it is only vibrating. Bellow is the image of the buzzer.

Most likely , this buzzer will need an AC signal at its resonance frequency. Is it a 1 KHz device? Is your output 1 KHz? Because vibrations are usually felt in a Hz range. You will not feel 1 kHz vibrations…

Why don't you check basics? What's the frequency?

Make sure the piezo contacts are not shorted together.
