I wan't to complain about emergency stop switch ?

The emergency stop switch automatically gets removed from it's place because of thread and nut design system. We heavily use stop switch for our application it is getting removed from it's place. Please use proper design than using thread and nut design for emergency stop switch.

Can you show us a photograph showing your assembly and the key in your panel cut out.

You just drill a second tiny hole next to your main hole, for that little right-angle protrusion to sit inside. There's other techniques too (e.g. if the panel is not brittle, then you could use a center…

The same way as you would be expected to mount a toggle switch to a drilled front panel. Drill a small hole for the tab and place the washer behind the panel. The switch hole now has an anti rotation…

I don't have key for keyway in my aluminum panel. I can't make one either. You should make better solution than giving a keyway.

It's used all over in front pannel controls. It is a good solution. It's your part of the mechanics that's implemented incorrect.

You just drill a second tiny hole next to your main hole, for that little right-angle protrusion to sit inside.

There's other techniques too (e.g. if the panel is not brittle, then you could use a center-punch to make a little dimple at one point near the circumference of your large hole. It deforms the hole so it's no longer circular.

Or use epoxy glue as part of your solution. Or a dozen other ways : )

Drill a small hole for the tab and place the washer behind the panel. The switch hole now has an anti rotation key to prevent the switch from rotating in the hole.
