This week I had finished assembly all parts together which are
1) Put belt for Grinder’s Motor.
2) Assembly EM Container and Values.
3) Assembly Control Box, On/Off Switch, and 12 V adapter.
4) Wiring all motors and servo.
5) Cover Screw for Stirring rod.
Here is the picture for each view of the machine.
After finished assembly. I had tested with dry leaves first. I want to make sure everything works fine before test on waste food, because of
waste food more moisture. I want to test in dry environment first. Here is my test video, I need to take many shots and mix together so you can
see machine operation in details.
From my testing, I found that the belt is too loose and motor may need more power for crush hard and rigid material like fruits with hard shell.
I need to find a bigger motor and this may take more power and current than the Motor shield can support. I will try to change the bigger motor if available.
But EM valve works well and the stirring motor should be OK. I also need to cover all the grinder machine as the material are spread all over the place.
Next, I will try to find bigger motor, test more and wrap up for the whole project.
