So, how do you clone a mushroom?
Here are the steps I will use to hopefully produce my yummy little 'shrooms.
1) Prepare petri dishes and agar growth media for mycelium
2) Sterilize agar using pressure cooker
3) Obtain mushrooms for cloning and section samples
4) Allow mycelium to grow for a few weeks
5) Prepare wood chip and bran colonizing media
6) Sterilize colonizing media
7) Transfer mycelium from petri dishes to colonizing media mason jars
8) Allow mycelium to colonize jars
9) Persuade the mushrooms to fruit - this will be the tough part
