I just got a Boss LS4055. Pretty good machine, pretty nice value. The company has been very accommodating and concerned. This last makes me recommend Boss lasers.

The machine I purchased is just big. Probably could have gotten by with one a size smaller. This is a fun and useful piece of equipment to have.

Hey Ben, I just got hooked on your vids. I just watched you vid on pcb making. I have been researching and learning how to make them myself for about a month. Today I took apart a DVD burner and used the diode plus a laser pointer lens to burn the front plate of the DVD tray. My hopes are to use two dot matrix printer guts with stepper motor an darlington ic's to make a pcb burner.
