My Gameboy Advance Sp Case Build

After my Gameboy Advance Sp case broke while i was putting a new fuse in I thought it would be better if i just made my own.

So I made a design and made it from Plexiglas. I used a Dremel and metal files to bring it to size.

I Formed the sides from Plexiglas to with a candle.

I super glued the bottom to the sides than i filed it down to make it flush, then made the top stay on with some screws.

I made the buttons.

I made something to hold the tact switches for the buttons.

I cut the holes for the buttons and the screen.

I painted it white and blue and put it together. Not an expert painter nor do i like to wait for paint to dry. Put it together while some what sticky.

If you put a video for people to look and understand how to bend pexiglass and how to use a dremel to cut accurately, then it will indeed be of some use

This is my very first time doing something like this so i practice with small pieces of plexiglass to find how things worked when using different methods. I burnt lots of plexiglass doing this and for the dremel i just cut close to the line i made then file it down with a small fine metal file.
