Looks like I have the poor mans version - TS1000. This keyboard is horrible.

Ben is entertaining speaker! Reminds me of Robin Williams in how he fills "gaps".

That's like a slightly beefier zx81 really, a precursor to the spectrum 48k

Wow Ben that takes me back. Back in 1984 I did bypass my ZX Spectrum's RF to allow for direct connection to a PAL composite monitor. I was 14, and that's where I stopped with electronics. I absolutely love what you did here. Wrt the keys you used, I had a Nokia N82 some years back that had a somewhat similar take on how keys are used by human fingers. Best keyboard on a candybar phone I ever had. Reviews thought it was stupid, but then most reviews are stupid... Thank you for doing this hack, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought you had forgotten about the Zee / Zed thing until I watched to the end ... hehe. Took me years to get used to the American Zee... warm greetings from South Africa.
