Hi all,
I'm a member of an Amiga User Group. A person recently donated 800+ disks with Amiga programs to the user group, and asked that the user group preserve the contents of the disks for the future, preferably also making the contents available online.
There are ways to read Amiga disks on a PC, as described here Reading Amiga Floppy Disks on PC, but the bigger problem is that it takes a lot of time for a person to take each disk, insert it into the disk drive, run the "copy disk" program, wait until the copying is done, remove the disk and place it in a stack of processed disks, and repeat for all 800+ disks.
Could it be possible to create a robot that automates this process!?
Thanks!
