Build a trash chute alike parcel receiver at the front door, so that you can sign and receive parcel when u are not home.
1. When the delivery man press the doorbell, the system will call the house owner and allow owner chat with the delivery man.
2. Need to have camera build in on the wall/frontdoor, so that can see when the delivery man at your doorstep.
3. The system also need to build-in a machine or a device to sign or stamp on the parcel receipt.
4. After sign, the owner will release or unlock the trash chute alike door, so that the delivery man can put the parcel into it, after close the trash chute door it will auto lock the parcel will safely drop inside the house.
