The Fender Rhodes piano is a classic instrument from the 60's and 70's and fetch a high price these days. It would be great to show that one of these instruments could be made from laser cut wood and 3D printed parts. Keep in mind that these pianos are "electric" and not "electronic" thus there is physical action that makes the sound. In this case it is just a small metal tine that is struck and vibrates. While there are large 88 key versions the point can be made by constructing a smaller model with around 30 keys. As a musician I have always enjoyed your musical instrument episodes like the one handed guitar. Thanks for your consideration!
